FAQ

Frequently Asked

The things people ask before they buy.

How are the prints made?

Every print is produced on-demand by a fine-art lab and shipped directly to you. We use archival pigment inks on museum-grade paper so the image holds its color for decades, not years.

What paper options are available?

Each print is offered on three papers. Smooth Matte for a flat, low-glare finish. Hahnemühle Photo Rag for a soft, textured fine-art feel. Lustre for richer blacks and a gentle sheen. The default selection is the one we think suits the image best.

Do prints come framed?

Framing is optional. You can order print-only and frame locally, or add a black wood, white wood, or natural oak frame at checkout. Framed prints arrive ready to hang.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production is three to five business days. US shipping adds three to five business days. International orders typically arrive in two to three weeks depending on destination and customs.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. US and international rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order.

What is the return policy?

Because every print is made to order, returns are accepted only if the print arrives damaged or defective. Send a photo within seven days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost.

Are prints signed and numbered?

Editions are signed and numbered when the listing says so. Standard open-edition prints are unsigned. If you want a signed print of an open edition, send a message and we will work it out.

Can I commission a print at a custom size?

Yes. If a size is not listed, reach out through the contact form with the image and the dimensions you need. Most requests are doable.
