Production time

Every print is made to order in a fine-art lab using archival pigment inks. Production takes three to five business days before the order ships.

Shipping inside the US

Standard ground shipping is three to five business days after production. Most US orders arrive within seven to ten business days from the day you order. Tracking is emailed when the package leaves the lab.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in two to three weeks after production, depending on destination and customs. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Unframed prints are rolled in protective tissue and shipped in a rigid kraft tube. Framed prints are corner-protected and double-boxed.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your print arrives damaged, send a photo of the print and the packaging within seven days of delivery to kenny@kennydentonphoto.com. We will reprint and reship at no cost.

Returns

Because every print is made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Defective or damaged prints are always replaced free of charge.
